INDIANAPOLIS — This week's Friday Fit Tip is focused on a simple exercise to strengthen your abs.
There are sit-ups and planks, but also something called the "Hollow Hold."
Jordan Estes, with Lifetime Fitness, demonstrated the exercise to 13News anchor Anne Marie Tiernon, which can be done with no more than a mat to lay on.
