Closings Registration
School Closings Attendant™ is a simple, automated attendant system used to capture closings and delays from local schools and businesses.
To use the system you must first pre-register with WTHR Channel 13.
- NOTE: If you had a previous school closings user ID and password with WTHR, you do not need to register again.
In order to guarantee authenticity, please take the following steps to register your school or business:
Prepare a letter on your company's letterhead with following information:
- Name of your school or business
- Mailing address
- The name of the person responsible for closing your school or business
- Email address
- Phone number
- Fax number
- The number employees or students affected and the county in which you are located.
