INDIANAPOLIS — The weekend will start cold and in the upper 20s Saturday morning. With sunshine, forecast highs are in the middle 40s on Saturday afternoon.
Sunday will be dry, with increasing clouds and highs 45 to 50 degrees.
The chance for rain arrives Sunday night. That rain will transition to snow showers on Monday and the chance for snow will continue into Tuesday.
It is way too early for a snowfall potential map. If we get the snow, it will be the first accumulating snow of the season for most of central Indiana. Even if we don't get a lot of snow, it will be cold. We are only forecasting highs in the 30s for most of next week.
