INDIANAPOLIS — Central Indiana will sit on the warm side of a strengthening weather system across the Plains states today. This will push winds to gust as high as 45 mph this afternoon as the low pressure center moves in. There will be a southerly wind pushing temperatures into the upper 60s this afternoon. While we will remain mainly dry through the day, clouds will continue to build in.
