INDIANAPOLIS — It was an active day of weather for central Indiana with rain totals 1-2 inches and winds gusting 45mph+.  The ground was saturated before the heavy rain, so there is lots of standing water and creeks, rivers and streams are running high. Stay weather aware and don't drive into high water.
