INDIANAPOLIS — Central Indiana will get a break from the high heat, high humidity and the heavy rain Thursday through Sunday.
It is a weather pattern change you will feel Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Forecast lows are in the upper 50s.
Thursday and Friday will be sunny and mild with highs in the upper 70s.
We warm back into the lower and middle 80s this weekend with mainly sunny skies on Saturday.
Sunday is the Brickyard 400 at IMS and we are forecasting a few more clouds and highs in the middle 80s.
Rain chances return next week.
