A severe thunderstorm watch is in effect for the northern half of Indiana until midnight. Here is the outline of the watch.
Storm coverage and intensity will increase Monday evening and the threat for storms will continue overnight. Damaging winds and hail are possible. The storms will also contain heavy rain, bringing the threat for flash flooding.
