INDIANAPOLIS — A severe thunderstorm watch is in effect for central Indiana until 4 a.m. Tuesday.
A few storms have rotated and there is one report of a brief tornado near Anderson Monday evening.
Damaging winds, hail and heavy rain are also threats. Make sure your cellphone has the ringer on so you can get alerts overnight.
More severe storms are possible this week and it will be hot and very humid.

Forecast highs are near 90 degrees with feels-like temperatures near 100 Tuesday through Thursday.
