Tuesday marked the 12th wettest day on record for Indianapolis since 1871. A remarkable 3.90" feel at the NWS Indianapolis near the airport...easily smashing the daily record for April 3rd and for the wettest day in the month of April.
It marks the wettest day in the city since 4.43" on July 7th, 2015. Going forward there's a better chance of heavy snow than heavy rain as the colder than average pattern returns.
