INDIANAPOLIS — The first hard freeze of the season is forecast tonight and all of central Indiana is under a freeze warning.
Now is the time to disconnect outdoor hoses and get your home ready for the cold. Overnight temperatures will fall into the middle 20s. Expect a sunny start to Tuesday, with highs in the lower 40s.
It will be a breezy afternoon and clouds will build along with some snow showers. Yes, there will be some snow showers for trick-or-treating Tuesday evening.
Kids will need to bundle up with evening temperatures in the 30s and feels-like temperatures in the teens and lower 20s.
Morning temperatures stay in the 20s through Thursday, but there will be a gradual warming trend later this week.
There will be a sunny stretch Wednesday through Friday. Highs will only be in the 40s on Wednesday, but reach the lower 50s on Thursday and near 60 on Friday.
