Much-needed rain finally returns to central Indiana. The last time Indianapolis had more than a tenth of an inch of rain goes back to Aug. 18.
Showers will become more numerous overnight. Temperatures will fall into the upper 40s.
Scattered showers will continue through Sunday morning, tapering off from west to east by early afternoon.
Some areas could pick up a few tenths of an inch to up to a quarter inch of rain.
As the front moves through, winds will gusts around 15 to 20 mph. It will be chilly too, making it feel like the upper 40s and low 50s.
It will be a cool and dreary afternoon with highs in the mid to upper 50s.
