INDIANAPOLIS — A gradual warming trend arrives on Wednesday after another chilly start. Temperatures will be in the upper 20s and lower 30s early Wednesday morning. Expect a mix of sun and clouds and highs in the lower 50s. There is a slight chance for a stray shower, too.
Thursday morning will be cold and in the middle 20s, but temperatures warm into the upper 50s on Thursday afternoon.
Friday is still our weather aware day due to rain and storms in the forecast. Heavy rain, gusty winds and severe storms are all possible. We will keep you updated.
The weather system moves quickly east, but Saturday will still be breezy and temperatures will fall from the 60s early in the day into the 40s by Saturday afternoon.
Expect sunny skies and highs near 60 on Sunday.
