INDIANAPOLIS — It will be another hot July day with temperatures climbing into the low 90s.
Winds will be light, out of the northwest, helping keep humidity down for today.
It will be mostly clear this evening with scattered showers and thunderstorms moving in overnight.
No severe weather is expected, as the threat will remain in northwest Indiana.
Most areas will stay quiet and dry, with the best chance of rain north of I-70. Temperatures will fall into the low 70s.
Saturday will be a hot and humid day. Temperatures will soar into the mid 90s with heat indices in the upper 90s to 100 degrees.
Scattered thunderstorms will be possible during the day, too, but no severe weather is expected.
The threat of severe weather will remain in northern Indiana on Saturday.
More storms are possible on Sunday, and some storms could be strong to severe. The best chance will be later in the afternoon.
