INDIANAPOLIS — A gradual clearing of the skies will continue later this morning, making way for sunshine this afternoon. A system to our south will stay south, keeping central Indiana sunny and dry.
The wind will be light, out of the northeast, with highs in the low 50s.
Clear skies will lead the way to a cool evening, with temperatures falling into the low 40s this evening. Temperatures will eventually fall into the upper 20s and low 30s Saturday morning. Areas of frost are expected.
Wind chill values will be in the mid-20s during the morning.
The weekend will be sunny and seasonal. Saturday afternoon temperatures will rise into the low 50s for Veterans Day.
Sunday will be slightly warmer, with lows in the mid-30s and highs in the mid-50s.
The sunny and dry weather continues into next week, with temperatures running a few degrees above average.
The next chance of rain holds off until next Friday.
