What a weather treat we have ahead of us the remainder of the week in central Indiana.
Get ready for a clear and quiet night with no widespread drizzle and/or fog expected.
It should be a beautiful Thursday morning with temperatures in the lower 60s. We'll have plenty of sun to open the day, but expected scattered cumulus clouds to build around midday.
An upper disturbance arriving from the north during peak heating may trigger spotty showers. However, these would be quick-moving and not amount to much, and end before sunset.
It does mark a transition to much drier air with dewpoints dropping well into the 50s (possibly 40s) Friday morning as the muggy meter turns comfortable for a couple of days.
There's plenty of sunshine on deck Friday with pleasant highs near 80 degrees.
As of now, we're going for a dry Saturday and still very pleasant with refreshing breezes and comfortable air.
But we'll be monitoring for the potential of a heavy storm cluster(s) possibly developing on the edge of a strengthening low-level wind field Saturday night into Sunday morning. There's a lot of uncertainty regarding this feature right now. Check back for updates and potential impacts to some outdoor plans.
