INDIANAPOLIS — It will be a very warm and very muggy weekend with forecast highs in the upper-80s and lower-90s. The muggy meter will be in the miserable range.
A pop-up afternoon and evening storm is possible on Saturday, but there will be lots of dry time for outdoor activities.
We will watch a weakening complex of storms early Sunday morning. If it holds together, there will be some showers and storms possible from about 8 a.m. to noon across the northern half of the state.
The rest of Sunday will be hot and humid.
We are forecasting three 90 degree days in a row Sunday through Tuesday. Rain chances increase the middle part of next week.
A bigger storm system arrives Tuesday into Wednesday with rain and storms.
Right now, it looks like a cool down arrives late next with highs in the 70s on Thursday and Friday.
