Now, for the latest timeline for rain in the forecast...
A warm front will lift through the area today, increasing clouds in the afternoon and bringing in scattered rain showers. This will happen mainly after 3 p.m., with showers possible through the evening. It'll also bring a warming trend with highs near 70 degrees.
Skies stay mostly cloudy overnight with a stray shower possible, mainly northwest, staying more mild with lows only in the low 60s.
The pattern stays more mild with well above average highs in the mid-70s Monday and Tuesday, but it'll also keep rain chances in the forecast. The better chance to see a few showers on Monday will stay across the northwestern tier of the state.
More widespread rain arrives along a cold front Tuesday afternoon and evening.
Behind the front, skies clear on Wednesday but temperatures will remain above average with highs in the mid to upper 60s.
