A tornado watch has been issued for most of Indiana until 3 a.m.
This is how Live Doppler 13 Radar looked around 7 p.m.. Confirmed tornadoes have been reported across Iowa, Illinois and Arkansas. This is the line that is moving our way after 8 p.m..
The greatest threat is after 8 p.m. through 1 a.m.. Damaging winds, tornadoes and hail are all possible. Remember your safety plan and be prepared to use it when warnings are issued.
The storm threat ends, but strong winds will persist on Saturday with gusts near 50 mph. It will be a much colder day with temperatures in the 40s and a few showers are possible, too.
Sunday will be the pick of the weekend for outdoor activities with sunshine and highs near 60.
