Tuesday evening the National Weather Service Indianapolis released a new damage survey assessment of a 10th tornado from Saturday, June 15th.
Thankfully the EF-0 in southern Brown County did very little damage south of State Road 135.
But is significant in the fact that the 10 tornadoes from last Saturday are the most in one day in Indiana since the 11 that occurred August 24, 2016.
The longest tornado path occurred in Rush County with an assessed EF-2 tornado with maximum wind of 130 mph on the ground for 14.51 miles.
Storm survey teams also discovered straight-line damage from estimated 80 mph gusts just southwest of Columbus... as well as straight-line wind damage near Hartsville in Decatur County.
