INDIANAPOLIS — The 13 Weather Academy recently visited children in attendance on Monument Circle for the 500 Festival Kids Day and Rookie Run.
Meteorologists Sean Ash and Matt Standridge talked with the children about all things weather.
They taught kids about how our weather team forecasts, how clouds are formed with a weather experiment and even did the "tornado in a bottle" experiment.
The lessons are timely, given we are now in severe weather season.
