DELAWARE COUNTY, Ind. — Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb announced additional resources from the state for residents impacted by the tornado that went through Delaware and Randolph counties Thursday night.
Staff and resources from the Indiana Department of Health, the Indiana Department of Homeland Security, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the Family of Social Services Administration are providing the following services:
Winchester BMV branch

The BMV will be open for resources from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 21-22 and March 25-27, where people will be able to get a reproduction of their identification, permits, title replacement, registrations and license plates.
Randolph County Division of Family Resources
221 N. Main St.

The Family and Social Services Administration office will be open for resources from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. March 21-22 and March 25-27, where people can replace their Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefit cards, as well as assistance on health coverage applications.
Randolph County Building

The Randolph County Building will be open for resources from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 21-22 and March 25-27, with the following options:
- Homeland Security: Recovery of resources and information
- The Randolph County Health Department: Replacement of vital records (birth and death certificates) and immunization services
- The Indiana Department of Health will be providing the tetanus vaccines on-site.
- Mental health support professionals will be at this location.
