INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana Task Force 1 is returning from Louisiana after helping with Hurricane Laura safety efforts.
While there, the team of Hoosiers searched hundreds of miles to help anyone impacted by the hurricane.
The 25-member task force was working alongside a similar team from Tennessee and the Louisiana National Guard to protect life and property.
Indiana Task Force 1 is expected home Wednesday.
