The Lebanon Fire Department said crews were at Interstate 65, near the 142-mile marker, around 11 a.m. Nov. 10. The fire department said the crash happened in a southbound lane.
Photos from the fire department appeared to show a semi lying atop a small body of water. Officials did not indicate whether the semi driver, or anyone else, was hurt in the accident.
The southbound lanes of I-65 are currently shut down, and officials are cautioning drivers to avoid the area.
