INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) has announced upcoming overnight ramp and lane closures on Interstate 69 in Hamilton County.
According to a press release from INDOT, beginning Monday, Feb. 19 at 9 p.m., the ramp from 96th Street to southbound I-69 will close. Three lanes along I-69 south from 96th Street to 86th Street will also be closed.
INDOT says around 1 a.m. on Monday and Tuesday, the closed left three lanes will switch to the right three lanes for striping.
Restrictions are expected to end at 6 a.m. Tuesday before resuming at 9 p.m. and ending Wednesday at 6 a.m.
INDOT says the right lane of I-69 south from 96th Street to 86th Street will be closed Feb. 21 and Feb. 22 from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. both days.
INDOT encourages drivers to watch signage and avoid distractions while driving through the construction. The actual work dates are subject to change pending inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
