COLUMBUS, Ind. — Multiple people were taken to hospitals after a four-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in Columbus.
The crash happened at 365 S. National Road, near County Road 300 East and East 100 South, around 1:30 p.m.
The Bartholomew County Sheriff's Department said a driver, passenger and juvenile were taken to Indianapolis by helicopter for treatment. Their conditions are not known at this time.
Deputies said another driver, who was trapped in her vehicle, was taken by helicopter for treatment.
Two other people involved in the crash were treated and released at the scene.
Deputies have not shared what caused the crash.
