COLUMBUS, Ind. — A 17-year-old boy from Columbus died early Sunday morning after a crash.
Just after 1:15 a.m. July 28, Columbus Police Department officers responded to a report of a vehicle fire on County Road 400 North, east of U.S. 31.
When they arrived on scene, police found the crashed vehicle. The county's coroner arrived moments later and pronounced 17-year-old Thomas Miguel DeLaCruz dead.
The Columbus Police Department is investigating the incident.
