NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — A man was arrested this week in connection with a March hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian in Noblesville.
On Friday, April 19, the Noblesville Police Department announced the arrest of a 42-year-old Zebulon R. Trask, of Arcadia. Prosecutors formally charged him with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
The crash was reported around 3 a.m. March 3 near the intersection of Cicero Road and Field Drive. When officers arrived, they found a pedestrian, identified by police April 19 as 52-year-old John E. Finch, of Noblesville, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police previously stated they believed Finch was struck by a car that fled the scene.
