GREENE COUNTY, Ind. — One person was killed in a single-vehicle crash Wednesday morning in Greene County.
Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a crash just before 11 a.m. Dec. 20 on East Ore Branch Road.
Deputies learned the vehicle was going westbound on East Ore Branch Road when it hit a tree for an unknown reason.
Medics pronounced the driver dead at the scene.
The Greene County Sheriff's Office said the incident is still under investigation.
Greene County is roughly 80 miles southwest of downtown Indianapolis.
