INDIANAPOLIS — It's time for your Fever Minute ahead of tonight's game against the Seattle Storm.
Before dropping a tough one to the Chicago Sky on Sunday, the Fever had won four games in a row. It felt like night and day from what we saw at the beginning of the season.
Here are your three keys to victory against the Storm Thursday:
Protect the Paint – The Storm are the worst three-point shooting team in the league, however, they take and make the second most shots inside the three-point line in the WNBA. So let them take threes, guard the painted area, rebound - which is an area the Fever have struggled in - and that will set you up for success.
Aliyah Boston – Wow, has she turned it up a notch here of late. During that aforementioned four-game winning streak, Boston averaged just shy of 20 points per game and over 11 rebounds per game while shooting nearly 70% from the field. That's the Aliyah Boston we all know and love. That has to continue throughout the season and the Fever will be in a good place.
Play a complete game and finish - We saw that game against the Sky on Sunday slip away from the Fever. Put your foot on the gas in the fourth and finish strong. That's what led you on that winning streak in the first place.

WTHR and the Indiana Fever announced on April 22 a partnership to air games on WTHR and WALV. The broadcast announcement means you will be able to catch Caitlin Clark, Aliyah Boston, Kelsey Mitchell and the rest of the team free over the air on WTHR and its sister station WALV.
The broadcast schedule will include more than a dozen Fever games, including the home opener on Thursday, May 16 against the New York Liberty.
Ten of the games will be shown for free over the air on WTHR, and five of the games will be on WALV, which carries MeTV programming and is on Channels 13.3 and 46.1.
