Fever's Caitlin Clark earns 3rd consecutive WNBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week

The Indiana Fever tipped off its six-game homestand last Wednesday as Clark averaged 25.0 points, 10.0 assists and 7.7 rebounds per game.

INDIANAPOLIS — For the third consecutive week, the WNBA is recognizing Indiana Fever rookie guard Caitlin Clark.

Clark was named the WNBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week, the league announced Tuesday, Sept. 10.

The Indiana Fever tipped off its six-game homestand last Wednesday as Clark averaged 25.0 points, 10.0 assists and 7.7 rebounds per game in the first three games.

Clark made 13 3-point field goals in those three games and set a franchise record for the most 3-point field goals made in a single season with 111.

Clark still has four games to beat Seimone Augustus’s 2006 record of 744 points for the single-season scoring record for a rookie. She just needs 53 more points.

The Indiana Fever face the Las Vegas Aces on Wednesday, Sept. 11 at 7 p.m. Here is how to watch it on MeTV:
