INDIANAPOLIS — The Colts have placed right guard Will Fries on the injured reserve list after he broke his leg during Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Fries shattered his tibia during the 37-34 loss in Jacksonville. The Colts have not won there in a decade.

Fries' injury at a key offensive position comes when quarterback Anthony Richardson (hip) and running back Jonathan Taylor (ankle) were both sidelined for Sunday's game. The game ended when Joe Flacco was sacked with just seconds left on the clock.

Fries is the 10th Colts player placed on IR this season.

On Monday, Oct. 7, the Colts also announced they cut cornerback Dallis Flowers.

Flowers, who was the Colts' second string corner, gave up a touchdown in Sunday's game.

That leaves just four cornerbacks on the Colts' depth chart, with Juju Brents on injured reserve.
