INDIANAPOLIS — March Madness is here in Indianapolis, with the city hosting first and second round games Friday and Sunday at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
Indiana also has local teams in the mix, including the Purdue University men’s team and the Indiana University and Notre Dame women’s teams.

Friday March 22
SESSION 1 - Doors open at 12:30 p.m. ET.
2 p.m. - (15) Western Kentucky vs. (2) Marquette
4:30 p.m. - (10) Boise State/Colorado vs. (7) Florida
SESSION 2 - Doors open after the conclusion of Session 1, exact time TBD.

Game times and matchups will be announced after the conclusion of Friday's games.
Fan Zone
Outside of Gainbridge Fieldhouse, is the “Fan Zone” at Bicentennial Unity Plaza. It starts Friday, March 22 through Sunday, March 24.
It will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. with live music, food and beverages from local vendors, giveaways and interactive games, including knockout competitions.
The event is free, and no ticket is required.
Bottleworks BBall Bash
The Garage at Bottleworks is hosting its annual “Bball Bash” viewing party. It runs from March 21-24 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day inside The Garage Food Hall.
The free four-day event includes large TVs airing basketball games, a tented Coca-Cola Lounge, pop-a-shot games, photo booths, and food and drinks from Garage vendors.

Indianapolis is set to host regionals next year at Lucas Oil Stadium with the Sweet Sixteen and the Elite Eight. Then in 2026, the city will once again host the men’s Final Four and in 2028 the women’s Final Four.
