INDIANAPOLIS — It's an event that has been in the works for seven years.
The NBA All-Star Game is in Indianapolis this weekend. It all began back in 2017, when the city began plans to host the 2021 event.
NBA Commissioner Adam Silver had high praise Thursday for Indianapolis and the All-Star Game planning committee as he spoke with 13 Sports' Dominic Miranda.
“This city just makes it all work. The planning that went into this All-Star (Weekend) is unprecedented,” Silver said. “Everything is wonderful. The hospitality is terrific.”
