INDIANAPOLIS — Single-digit wind chills and slushy roads following Friday's snow didn't stop fans from attending NBA All-Star Weekend festivities in downtown Indianapolis on Saturday, from Gainbridge Fieldhouse to Circle Centre Mall, the Indiana Convention Center and along Georgia Street, among several other locations.
