INDIANAPOLIS — The NBA Crossover Experience at the Indiana Convention Center has something for everyone, even fitness buffs.
Peloton and NBA Fitness have worked together to create an exhibit where guests can get workout advice from celebrity trainers.
13News anchor Anne Marie Tiernon went through the exhibit, trying out each station.
The first station requires guests to ride a stationary bike before hopping off and attempting to hit a 3-point basket.
Next up is the floor throw. Guests do ten consecutive sit-ups before attempting a basket while sitting down.
Moving on to station three, guests must make ten box jumps before attempting a basket. The fourth station requires guests to do ten bicep curls and then attempt a basket that is positioned much higher than a regulation hoop.
The final station features Peloton instructor Tunde Oyeneyin and requires guests to run on a treadmill before attempting a basket.
After all stations are completed, guests are then able to see their score on the NBA Fitness leaderboard.
