FISHERS, Ind. — It's Friday night and time for Operation Football. This is the last week of the regular season, as the first round of the sectionals begin one week from tonight.

It was a Class 6A showdown in Fishers, as Hamilton Southeastern welcomed top-ranked and undefeated Brownsburg.

Just three losses on the year for HSE by a combined total of just 13 points. They've had a brutal schedule and this matchup was a great opportunity against 6A power Brownsburg.

Early in this one it was 3-0 Royals when Brownsburg fumbled. The Royals hop on it and they were in business again. Two plays later, Carter Reed ran 11 yards for the score and it was 10-0 in the opening frame.

But Brownsburg quickly stopped the bleeding with an interception by Quentin Russ Jr. It's the second consecutive week with an interception for Russ.

But the Royals were equal to the task, Michael Hoog got a pick of his own and they were knocking on the door again. Hamilton Southeastern would score again to start the second quarter and led at the half, 20-0

Brownsburg would come all the way back to tie it in the second half, but Hamilton Southeastern gets the huge win to end its regular season, 30-23 over Brownsburg.
