INDIANAPOLIS — Bedford North Lawrence (27-3) outlasted Fishers (26-3) 46-42 Saturday in the girls Class 4A state basketball championship.
Its the fifth title for BNL.
The Stars' Karsyn Norman won the Roy Mental Attitude Award
In the other late session game, Fairfield (28-2) beat Corydon (27-3). The final score was 49-42.
It's the school's first state championship.
The Falcons' Brea Garber was presented the Roy Mental Attitude Award.
