Horseshoe Indianapolis Race for the Stars event is on Monday April 8th to celebrate the opening day of racing and the solar eclipse! Racing begins at Noon and will take a break during the solar eclipse. There will be live entertainment such as music and kids activities will include facepainting and a strolling magician
- Magic Mirror Selfie Station is available for a free take-home photo of the event
- $1,000 Racing for the Stars Handicapping Contest
- Giveaways throughout the afternoon including 2024 Live Racing Magnets, Eclipse Chairs, Eclipse Shirts, and Eclipse Glasses while supplies last
- Race 6 will end at approximately 2:30 and the Endless Summer Band will perform until 3PM
- Activities will take a break for the Total Solar Eclipse at approximately 3:04PM
- At approximately 3:10PM, the Endless Summer Band will perform until approx. 3:40PM and Live Racing resumes when it’s light enough to race. Reservations are available in the Clubhouse by calling (317) 421-0000
