INDIANAPOLIS — ARTICLE SPONSORED BY AMERICAN SENIOR COMMUNITIES
Paula Diehl, Chief Human Resources Officer at American Senior Communities (ASC), said the company offers a lot of different programs to focus on the whole employee.
Workplace Chaplains focuses on the faith-based community program and Share to Care is ASC's non-profit organization.
"Employees actually donate to one another in order to care for them during emergency situations like funerals," Diehl said. "Or someone's house recently burned down and we took care of that for them as well."
One of ASC's former facility administrators, Jerald Cosey, has recently been announced as the Operational Leadership Development Director.
"In that role, Jerald is going to help us grow new administrators for our buildings," Diehl told 13INside Track. "Then also focus on intentional leadership development. What are we doing to mentor and coach new leaders at all levels of their career."
Diehl notes that American Senior Communities has a lot of opportunities and want people to join their team.
"Now is a great time to join the organization!" Diehl said.
