Among the programs highlighted is the Nurse Family Partnership, which supports low-income, first-time mothers by pairing them with registered nurses for two years. This model aims to improve health outcomes for both mothers and their children. Additionally, Goodwill offers the Senior Community Service Employment Program, serving older individuals seeking training and job opportunities.
Kramer encourages viewers to support Goodwill by donating gently used clothing and household items at their retail locations. These donations not only help create jobs but also fund various programs.
