Regular rates for the hotel run close to $200 and up, so the 24-hour "flash sale" Tuesday is sure to be a popular one.

Some of the proceeds from the sale will benefit Youth Guidance, a non-profit group that helps at-risk children overcome obstacles and focus on their education through school-based programs.
