INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - As Hurricane Matthew made landfall Tuesday in Haiti, a sinister image appeared on radar.
The storm appeared to be in the shape of a face or skull.
The resemblance was first pointed out on Twitter by Stu Ostro, a senior meteorologist with The Weather Channel.
