YORKTOWN, Ind. (WTHR) — Plenty of kids are missing school right now. Parents might be missing it even more. What's certain is that the staff at Pleasant View Elementary in Yorktown is missing the students.
Teacher Amy Sargent wrote a parody of Anna Kendrick's song "Cups" and got her fellow teachers and staff to sing it.
She then edited it all together for the students.
"When we sent our kids home on March 13, we told them we would see them after Spring Break. Our hearts ache to be in the classroom with our students and our colleagues," Sargent wrote in a Facebook post.
