INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — A man in Ohio is using Black Friday to buy a lot of coats, but not for himself.
Paul Lemasters and his family bought 850 coats at Old Navy to give to charity, WLWT reported.
Lemasters chose Black Friday, of course, to get the best deal.
He and his family have been donating coats for the past 8 years.
“We just kind of kept growing from there until eventually we were at 500 coats we ended up donating, then 6, 7 (hundred). Last year it was 800 brand-new coats,” Lemasters told WLWT.
Many of the coats purchased will be donated to WLWT's St. Vincent de Paul coat drive.
