NBC-affiliate KSNV reports pigeons in 10-gallon hats have be spotted in Las Vegas.
People have been sharing sightings of the "cowboy pigeons" on social media, but nobody can figure out who did this or the reasoning behind it.
However, Lofty Hopes, a local pigeon advocacy group, says the hats need to be removed.
The group has been attempting to remove a hat from a pigeon they call "Cluck Norris." Lofty Hopes said the hat was obviously glued on because it stayed on for several days and had loose feathers caught in the glue between the hat and his head.
