A convicted rapist and suspected stalker, arrested with the help of his victim this week, is back on the streets.
A judge released Robert Braun on bail and that has his victim and the residents in her neighborhood uneasy.
Police say a convicted rapist has terrorized residents in this Broad Ripple neighborhood since April.
Stalking his victims, looking through windows, taking pictures and video taping woman, even breaking into homes and stealing personal possessions.
28-year-old Hannah Arbuckle was his prime target.
Arbuckle says she was very afraid but after six months of being the victim, Arbuckle fought back when she came face to face with her voyeur Wednesday night.
She chased him to get his license, even jumped in the back of his pickup truck so he wouldn't get away, and called police.
Police arrested 57-year-old Robert Braun, but a judge released him on a 30-thousand dollar bond Friday.
Now that he's back on the streets, Arbuckle and her neighbors are uneasy.
Police believe Robert Braun was stalking several women in the area.
After his arrest they searched his home and found pictures, video's and items they think he stole from his victim's homes.
He's charged with 12 counts of felony voyeurism, stalking, criminal recklessness and resisting law enforcement.
