New Albany, March 5 (AP) - A second man has been arrested and charged with the murders of a former Indiana State Police trooper's wife and two children.
Charles Boney was arrested overnight and is now in the Floyd County jail. He faces three counts of murder, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and being a habitual offender in Indiana.
Boney's DNA was found on his prison sweat shirt at the Georgetown, Indiana home where Kimberly Camm and her two children, Bradley and Jill, were fatally shot in September 2000.
Boney denies any involvement or even knowing David Camm, the husband and father of the victims. Camm also is charged with murder and faces a retrial after his conviction was overturned last year.
Floyd County prosecutor Keith Henderson is not discussing Boney's arrest at this time.
