(WTHR) — The company that owns Sears is going to close dozens more stores.
The company announced today that it would close 48 additional Sears stores as well as 15 K-Mart stores nationwide.
Three of those stores will be in Indiana. Those locations are Castleton Square Mall, Muncie Mall, and one in Lafayette on Sagamore Parkway.
Originally the company wanted to close 72 stores but decided to pull a small group of those stores to revaluate before closing.
The stores will close by mid-September.
