INDIANAPOLIS — For the second day in a row, lottery players in Fort Wayne should check their tickets!
One day after a winning Mega Millions ticket worth $1 million was sold at a gas station on the north side of Fort Wayne, a winning Powerball ticket worth $100,000 was sold at a west side Walmart.
According to the Hoosier Lottery, the winning ticket matched four out of five numbers including the Powerball with a Power Play of 2X in Wednesday night's drawing. The ticket was sold at the Walmart located at 1710 Apple Glen Boulevard in Fort Wayne.
The winning Powerball numbers for Wednesday, March 27 are 37-46-57-60-66 with the Powerball of 8 and a Power Play of 2X.
The Hoosier Lottery reminds anyone in possession of the ticket to make sure it is in a safe and secure place and to consider meeting with a financial advisor immediately. Winners can also contact Hoosier Lottery customer service at 1-800-955-6886 for specific instructions on how to claim winnings.
Saturday's Powerball jackpot is estimated at $935 million, which is the fifth largest jackpot in the history of the Powerball.
