Big-winning Powerball ticket sold at Indianapolis grocery store

INDIANAPOLIS — Powerball players in Indianapolis should check their tickets!

The Hoosier Lottery says a winning Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was sold at the Kroger located at 3361 Kentucky Ave, near Mann Road on the city's southwest side. The ticket matched four out of the five numbers, as well as the Powerball, in Wednesday night's drawing. 

The winning Powerball numbers for Wednesday, Sept. 4 are 7-10-21-33-59 with the Powerball of 20. 

The Hoosier Lottery reminds anyone in possession of the winning ticket to make sure it is in a safe, secure place and to consider meeting with a financial advisor immediately. They can also contact Hoosier Lottery customer service at 1-800-955-6886 for specific instructions on how to claim winnings. 

Saturday's Powerball jackpot is estimated at $112 million. Powerball overall odds are 1 in 25.
